ingredients:
1 egg
2 Tbs honey
1 cup peanut butter (melted)
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup gluten free flour (cup4cup)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
instructions:
Mix all of the ingredients together and make 1 inch balls (mine made a dozen), bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes and let cool on the pan!
