ESC Ultimate Champion-chip Cookie:

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter (softened)
1/4 cup almond butter (slightly melted)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup ESC oat milk chocolate chips

Instructions:
Mix together softened butter and the slightly melted almond butter, then add in both of your sugars to make a nice creamy texture. Next add in your vanilla, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Slowly add in your flour, 1/2 cup at a time. Once your batter starts to become a little dry add in 1 egg, repeat this process with the rest of the flour and with your last egg. Fold in the oats first, then the cranberries and ESC oat milk chocolate chips.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for a couple minutes while your oven preheats to 350 degrees. Next line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place equal sized cookies on the sheet, I made about 14 cookies. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes depending on the size of the cookies you choose!
