I’m all here for not turning on the oven in this heat! No bake CHOCOLATE OAT BARS are great by themselves and were even better with my smoothie this morning ✨ 2 cups of oats, 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup coconut oil - mix, spread half of the oat mixture evenly in a parchment lined 8x8 baking pan. For the center I melted dark chocolate and almond butter together. Pour and let it cool in the freezer for 10 minutes, then add the top layer of oats, refrigerate for 1 hour.
